This book covers some common concerns of coaches and their practice, such as client relationship building, impacts on clients and coaching practice, practice profitability, coach professional development, and mindset shifts. This book aims to encourage coaches struggling to get clients, create an impact, or generate income in their practice. This book had many gems, from Creating clients to Value-driven coaching to creating a practice that can thrive without the Internet. Chandler and Litvin continuously recounted their experiences to support the advice or wisdom conveyed. Sometimes, the suggestion was more philosophical due to the narrow view of coaching niches that could apply the advice. For example, I needed help understanding how corporate coaches could apply most of the advice given. The environments between personal (Life coaching) and organizational coaching are vastly different, especially in their approach. However, all the advice was clearly made, no matter how subjective the reader may be.
