Out of the entire bag of tops, only one of them worked. I tried immersing the lid in coconut oil first but that didn't work, I tried pushing the metal ball out of the lid and replacing it but that didn't work, I tried rolling it on a rougher surface, and also just rolling one on my body over and over hoping it would start working but it never did. I'm going to order some plastic roller tops and hopefully they will work with these bottles. I've never had a problem with any of the plastic roller balls and one of the extras I had of those actually worked with these bottles. ### ⭐ These DON'T work!!!!!! *by K***S on November 17, 2018* The metal roller balls move so slowly & NOTHING comes out!!!!! I will NOT order these again!!!! I am going to have to order other roller balls in order to use these. The bottles are beautiful but what good are they doing me when the roller balls don't work as they should? Don't waste your money on these.
