I love it and use it all the time. *by U***N on August 3, 2018* Have you ever cooked something and were not sure whether it's cooked enough and ended up getting it overcooked and dry?I did quite a research and looked at different products. This Meat Thermometer is the answer! Combining the assurance of knowing when the food is cooked and the convenience of wireless monitoring, this thermometer is exactly what I was looking for. I originally got it for grilling outside, but I now use it also when cooking in the oven. Cooking chicken, meat or fish I can now know when the food is cooked enough without over-cooking it.The probes are angled in a way that is easy to stick into the food. The wireless unit allows you to choose the type of food you cook and "readiness" level you aim for. You can walk with it around the house or back yard, and it even has a magnet on the back so that you can hang it on a metal surface (like the microwave, the refrigerator, etc.). It comes with 2 probes that you can use to measure temperatures in 2 places at the same time, so I usually use it to measure 2 different areas of the food I cook, or using the metal clip that came with it I can set it to measure the ambient temperature in the oven/grill.The only complaint I have about it is that the probes don't have an heat insulating area to hold so you have to handle them with a glove.Overall, awesome product and very useful. When you are low and slow smoking meats and wanting to make sure you have a Even temperature in a small range, it is SOOOO important to watch the temperature during the whole process. This Thermometer really works well and helps me not only keep the meet juicy and moist and not over cooked, but helps me cook it longer and getting a wonderful smoke ring in the meats which really can be called Flavor rings !! ### ⭐ Probes fail for no reason, very quickly... *by A***R on November 1, 2018* So I thought this was a game changer....at first. We grilled once, worked beautifully! The next time, flawless! The third time....one of the probes is dead... I don't know how, and I don't know why but the probe just stopped functioning properly. It will read ridiculous temperatures, when not even near flame then the screen will just have "HHH" in the display. The fact that you may not grill on an incredibly frequent basis may screw you on this product.
