Not only does it make a noticeable difference in energy, but also total performance across my whole work out. More weight, more reps, and longer on the treadmill. It works best for me if I take it about thirty minutes BEFORE my workout, but my husband likes to split the serving in half and take one scoop at the beginning of his routinr and another in the middle. Both of us go for about 1 1/2 max and it lasts till the end for both of us. Finally, the flavors are all delicious. I try a new one every time and I've never been disappointed, but the peach mango has been my favorite. Highly recommend!
