I have yet to hear any complaints. He got it for school and gaming. He is still satisfied. As for my part, the price was competitive and the unit has been everything he needed, so, VALUE is a 5/5. APPEARANCE, 5/5. This thing looks mean in the dark. LOL. I personally have another brand, which serves my need, but I wish I had gone the ACER route for value alone. He says the battery lasts all day in class.

I purchased this computer with 12 month warranty. On the 13th month the charger port went bad and its soldered on the inside and not replaceable by local repair shops. I guess it needs so much heat to repair so it destroys the computer. I called Acer..they wanted $699 to ship and repair. This is crazy! I will never buy Acer again!
