A: Bottles I just bought have May 13, 2021.

**Q: Have they started using sufficient packing materials? I wasn't allowed to post a pic of broken jars and a bloody finger.**
A: I can’t remember specifically how mine was packaged, but none of my jars were broken.

**Q: How many carbs?**
A: This product has 9g of carbs per serving.

**Q: It says no sugar yet the label says 6G?**
A: It says "No Sugar ADDED". Tomatoes contain natural sugars and that is the sugar you Ser on the back nutrition label. They have not added additional sugar where many sauce makers do. Hope that helps.

We have a kiddo who can't have added sugars as they upset her GI tract. After we found this sauce it has been a game changer for her as she can now eat homemade GF pizza, which we eat weekly, as well as pasta, etc. We make any food that uses sauce on it with her sauce on a double or triple serving size just to make sure she has enough to eat with her special sauce, & she eats any leftovers as a snack or during mealtime the next day. This is a sauce withOUT any ADDED sugar, so it is NOT "sugar free", per se, as it does NOT contain harmful artificial sweeteners in place of added sugar. It simply has ZERO added sugar. It is PERFECT! We WOULD purchase this again... in fact we purchase 6 jars every month for our kiddo so we have it on hand for her.
