I was pleasantly surprised that the item came undamaged and in solid form. The taste is as I remembered it. I've offered some to co-workers who have been pleased with the taste. This is not am item that I have found in my area, so I am quite pleased to have been able to get it from Amazon.com at a fairly affordable price.I just have to remember to order during the cooler months. One would be better off ordering these items for delivery during a temperate time. Ordering for delivery to Florida from May to September is just basically asking for chocolate/caramel soup. No matter how many cold packs the item is shipped in, one is getting melted chocolate if items are delivered at the end of the day,Very, very tasty, though.Update: 12/29/15Received another delivery which was, of course, delicious. Delivered during the cooler month of December in Florida so, there was not as much worry about having received melted product.
