Have used several different brands of med ball at the gym, and the biggest 15# I've ever seen was about the size of a basketball. This is several inches larger in diameter, making it tough to hold onto. Seems good quality and the grippy surface is nice, but just limited in what you can do with it based on how big your hands are. Also, it bounces way higher than I expected - almost broke my nose the first time I did a forward slam. Anyway, it's good enough, but would prefer that it was a little bit smaller. ### ⭐ Delivered two Days Late. Would have kept but major defective.
