If so, what degree of range of motion can I expect?** A: You need to regain your Range of motion as soon as possible post op. This device just makes it easier to do the bending necessary to accomplish that. At Physical Therapy, they have you lay down and bend your leg what you can and then the PT bends it further, sliding your foot on the slippery table. The Knee glide makes it easy to do at home,, letting you easily bend your knee without your foot sticking on the bed, carpet, or floor. This device is an aid to doing the necessary motions. You should already have your range of motion long before six months. You will probably have to work much harder to gain ROM that long post op. I did both knees, six months apart and have over 135 degrees ROM in both. You don't require that much. My surgeon said anything over 90 degrees is usable, but the more the better. **Q: Hi can you buy these in the uk.
