Review: "The great escape" No longer. - "Finally, Peace of Mind and Happy, Safe Cats! The Ultimate Cat Proof Fence is a Game-Changer!" As a devoted cat parent with a house full of adventurous felines, the constant worry of them escaping our garden has been a never-ending source of anxiety. We've tried various "cat-proof" solutions in the past, from higher fences to netting, but nothing truly gave us the peace of mind that our curious climbers wouldn't find a way out. Until now. The Ultimate Cat Proof Fence Anti-Climb Barrier – Secure Outdoor Catio Enclosure Kit has been an absolute revelation and a truly transformative product for our household. From the moment it arrived, I could tell this was a professional-grade solution, not a flimsy DIY hack. Here's why this kit deserves a solid 5-star review: * Unparalleled Security (It Actually Works!): This is the main event, and it delivers flawlessly. The unique, angled barrier design with its smooth, flexible top makes it virtually impossible for cats to get a grip and climb over. We have some serious escape artists, and they've all been foiled. Watching them try, then safely give up and explore the garden instead, is incredibly reassuring. Our garden is now their secure "catio" and it's fantastic. * Robust and High-Quality Construction: The materials are clearly built to last. The brackets are sturdy, the mesh is strong, and the overall feel of the system is one of durability. This isn't a temporary fix; it's a long-term investment in our cats' safety. * Surprisingly Manageable Installation: While it looks sophisticated, the installation process was far more straightforward than I anticipated. * Discreet and Aesthetically Pleasing: I was initially concerned about how it would look, but the design is remarkably unobtrusive. The black finish blends well with our existing fence, and the barrier itself doesn't detract from the garden's aesthetics. It simply looks like a very well-maintained, secure perimeter, not an eyesore. * Freedom and Enrichment for Our Cats: This is perhaps the biggest benefit. Our cats now have the freedom to explore, chase bugs, sunbathe, and enjoy the fresh air in complete safety. Their happiness is palpable. They're more active, less stressed, and seem genuinely thrilled to have their outdoor domain back. It's a joy to watch them. If you are a cat owner who yearns to give your indoor cats safe outdoor access, or if you're constantly worried about your current outdoor cats escaping, do yourself and your felines a massive favor and invest in the Ultimate Cat Proof Fence Anti-Climb Barrier. It's worth every penny for the peace of mind, the quality, and most importantly, the happy, safe lives it provides for our beloved pets. This product isn't just good; it's essential for any serious cat lover. Review: Cat protection fence - Excellent quality product, great value for money and very easy to install. We have saved over £1k buying and installing this ourselves. It has worked a treat and provided our house cats with a little more freedom within our garden. 💯 recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product! *by E***S on 30 July 2026* It works! It was really easy to fit, I did it by myself in a couple of hours. The brackets are strong and the screws supplied are actually decent enough to do the job (which is rare for a pre-fab kit in my experience). I drilled 3.5mm pilot holes into the panels first and once the first post was on, the rest was a doddle. I made sure to fully complete all the fitting per post before I moved onto the next one to keep things straight as I went down the line. So all cable ties etc. as I went down the line. I also used a heavy duty staple gun to attach the mesh to the fence. Highly recommend this approach as an entrepreneurial cat will get under the mesh if not secured! Amazon sell them for about £10 and it’s worth the investment. The mesh itself is strong, has some stretch to it but not much. Overall, great value for money compared to competitors. Wish we’d done it sooner. It does give abit of “prison yard” vibe, but otherwise it does tend to fade into the background. Tested it out with my four Maine coons and it’s kept them nicely secured in the garden! My 10kg lump did his best, but alas was foiled. To note, he was literally hanging onto the mesh by his claws and there’s no damage at all to the mesh! Even with the weight of him being a very large cat. It’s very sturdy! One thing to be aware of before starting is how many posts you’ll need. I bought the 20m kit which came with 10 posts. My fence panels (like many others) are 6ft wide. This meant I used 9 posts for only 17m length by fitting them at the end of every panel. They do sell the posts individually if needed, and you can fit them every 2m if you aren’t bothered about them being screwed into the middle of a fence panel. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ultimate Cat Proof Fence Anti-Climb Barrier – Secure Outdoor Catio Enclosure Kit, Weatherproof Garden Mesh Fencing for Cat Safety & Protection (20 M) - CATSAN - Hygiene Plus Non-Clumping Adult Cat Litter and Kitten Litter - With Liner - 2 x 4L Bag - Smart Pack x 2 Inlays - Amazon Basics Cat Scratching Post for Indoor Cats, Small Scratcher with Brush for Kitten, 42 cm, Beige --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/717670296-cat-fence-anti-climb-20m-cat-proof-fence-kit-black](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/717670296-cat-fence-anti-climb-20m-cat-proof-fence-kit-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
