**Q: Is the manufacturer Westhoff?**
A: Yes! The Might Mag is solely manufactured by Westhoff Machine is Missouri.

**Q: Is this just a magnet or something else?  What purpose does this serve and how is it used?**
A: It is a magnet. It is used to secure a rod and a gauge so that you can take really fine measurements. The base you see is the only part that you would get with the order.

**Q: What is the diameter of the hole?**
A: That depends which hole we are looking at, the one left of the Mighty Mag inscription will accept a 3/8" (.375) round bar. The hole to right is a little smaller 1/4" (.250) round bar will fit there.

**Q: Does this magnet have any restriction for air freight? I mean overseas freight**
A: I think most restricted air transport codes deal with intrinsically un-safe potentials like batteries, I would think magnets are fine. Maybe the FAA has their policies listed.
