This taffy is just the right "chew" consistency, not too hard and not too soft. I was worried at first, because out here on the farm, our packages get left at the gate, in the hot Texas sun. I thought the candy might be too soft. But, once I got it in and cooled down, it was perfect. The flavor is good, too, with just the right amount of banana, and not too sweet.
