- ❗❗❗NOTE: This product must be powered by the original cigarette lighter charger; it cannot be powered by a USB cable or a Type-C cable. IIWEY N5 dash cam equipped with a 3" IPS screen, FHD 1080P+1080P+1080P+1080P, which can record 360° all-round including front, rear, sides, and interior. It also features a 2.5K+1080P+1080P+1080P mode for diverse needs. In addition, N5 is equipped with 170° super wide-angle front and rear cameras and 150° wide-angle side cameras, providing a wide field of view.

**Q: Why are the videos recorded by the left and right cameras sometimes black and white?**
A: The left & right cams each feature 4 IR lamps that automatically activate infrared mode in low light or darkness, ensuring clear black-and-white recordings and capturing details like license plates and faces better.

**Q: What if an accessory is missing or the product is incompatible?**
A: Please don't worry. We can resend the accessories or replace them with compatible products.

**Q: What capacity of SD card can this Dash cam support?**
A: N5 is compatible with 32GB-256GB memory cards, U3 and 10x or faster SD cards are recommended, and a 128GB memory card is included in the package for free

**Q: Do I need to format the SD card immediately after receiving the product?**
A: Our SD cards have been formatted before leaving the factory. If there is no formatting prompt when you turn on the dashcam, you can use it directly. However, when using other new SD cards, they need to be formatted before use.

I’ll be honest—I wasn’t expecting much for this price, but this dash cam surprised me. The footage is crisp enough that I can actually review footage clearly. The Installation took me maybe 5 minutes; I just plugged it in and stuck it on the windshield. The size is small but not too small, so know impact on viewing and appearance is discreet. The rotating side cameras are low-key genius—they catch blind spots that my mirrors miss. The app actually works (unlike some other brands I've tried), so downloading clips takes seconds instead of fighting with a computer. And they throw in the memory card, so you don't have to drop another $15 right away. Mostly, I just don't stress about 'he said, she said' accidents anymore. For the money, it's a total no-brainer."
