BOTTOM LINE: Absolutely no pops in this book can freeze in 7 minutes. you have to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes for the creamy pops. The trick that we found playing with the ZOKU is to keep it in the freezer while the pops freeze. It helps a lot and work well.

Really, it's impossible to live without this book anymore. If you bought a ZOKU, YOU NEED to have this book. It is complete, detailled, well explained. Everything is inside from all the techniques to all the great idea for making your own pops. The recipes for the most part are pretty involved but I think it's a good starting point if you really have no idea what to put into your Zoku. The pages are starting to fall out after only briefly flipping through it, so the physical quality of the book isn't stellar but there are some nice photographs and the recipes are definitely more interesting than typical run of the mill kool-ade pops. The book also includes tips of upping your popsicle success rate.
