Is this real?** A: You can get 2 16.9oz bottles for $13 on Amazon. **Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?** A: It says that it does, however, so does my Kikkoman Soy sauce, but I have never refrigerated it. This sauce appears to have more sugar and smells like malt. The danger, I think, is that it might ferment! If so, the smell of alcohol would certainly alert you. I have left mine out 3 days and it is no different than when I first opened it. **Q: Is this also known as Sheng Chou soy sauce?** A: "Sheng Chou" indicates, in Chinese, that you are dealing with "light soy sauce." Pearl River Bridge is a brand name.
