Smells very herbal (like lemongrass) and is oily. I sprayed in my hands then applied to baby, a little goes a long way especially when it’s hot. This will become sticky on the skin when an excessive amount is applied, particularly in humid conditions. Worked as expected, saw no bites or mosquitoes flying around once I applied it.
