From the manufacturer Chicken Biryani Soak Daawat Biryani Rice for 30 minutes. Make a spice potli and boil with water and salt. Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, fried onions, mint, and rose petals. Cook rice till 75% done, drain, and mix with ghee. Cook marinated chicken in ghee, add chopped chilies, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Layer chicken and rice, top with fried onions, mint, rose petals, saffron milk, and garam masala. Seal with dough and cook on low for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Mutton Biryani Marinate mutton with salt, sauté whole spices and onions in oil, grind remaining spices to powder. Add mutton and green chilies, cook 3-4 mins, then add ginger-garlic-chili paste, turmeric, salt, yogurt; cook till dry. Sauté onions in oil and ghee, add Daawat Dubar Rice, ground spices, water, coconut milk, mutton stock, and salt. Add garam masala to mutton, cook, then add cashews, raisins, lemon juice to rice; cook till ¾ done. Layer rice over mutton, top with fried onions, garam masala, saffron milk, seal with dough, and cook 25-30 mins. Garnish with fried onions, ginger, mint, and serve hot. Anda Biryani Heat oil, sauté whole spices, then add Daawat Biryani Rice to boiling spiced water. Sauté onions till translucent, cube potatoes, then cook rice with salt, oil, and lemon juice until ¾ done. Add turmeric, chili powder to onions, fry eggs and potatoes, then set aside. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, tomato puree, and spices; cook till oil separates. Layer fried eggs, potatoes, coriander, yogurt, and rice, then top with fried onions, mint, garam masala, and ginger. Cover and cook for 20 mins. Garnish with fried onions and mint, serve hot. Veg Biryani Heat ghee, sauté whole spices, then sauté caraway seeds in another pan. Cook Daawat Super Basmati Rice with hot water, salt, and strain when ¾ done. Sauté onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, then add spices and tomato puree. Add carrots, cauliflower, beans, baby corn, salt, cream, coriander, peas, and paneer; cook for 3-4 mins. Layer veggies and rice in a handi with fried onions, cardamom, ginger, raisins, cashews, saffron milk, ghee, and mint. Cover with roti, brush with ghee and saffron milk, bake till golden.
