The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because it does seem to vibrate harder at times. I do always have it on a level surface. I use it for making icing and cakes, so far nothing heavier than that. The LED light over the mixing bowl is nice too. After I had written this review I had noticed the screw under the tilt back head and decided to tighten it to see if that would help with the vibration.
