She's average build, and size 10 fit well. We recently had a family reunion and all my 5 kids went swimming multiple times, so their suits were mostly wet to damp for 3 days in a row. At the end of the trip, I threw them all in a plastic bag (wet) and took them home to wash the next morning. Of all the varied swimsuits, this one was the only one that showed signs of mildew...tiny little black dots all over the suit! Mildew shouldn't show up that quickly on a swimsuit....even with the prolonged wet conditions. So, while this is really cute, it must not be made of the proper mildew-resistant material swimsuits should be made of. Again, ALL of the other 6 suits, including my husband's and mine, showed no signs of mildew...only this one. And this one showed a lot. So, if you decide to buy, don't let this suit stay damp for a prolonged period of time at all. That said, if I knew to be careful about that, I'd buy again. The suit is THAT cute!Update: The seller very kindly sent another adorable swimsuit as a replacement for the problem one. I am revising my review up a star because the seller was so considerate and helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Colors vary. *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2019* Purchased in sizes 4 & 6 to see which one would fit my almost 7 yr old better. She is on the lean and skinny side with a tiny butt, short torso, long legs. Although the 4 fit better on her, decided to keep the 6. The white “feather” skirt and swan appliqué on the two sizes are different colors. On the 4, it’s a pure white, on the 6 more of an off white. The hardware on the back straps are also different. On the 4, clear on the 6, silver. I liked the construction of the feather skirt on the 6 better as well as the color. See pic. I believe the weight of the spandex fabric is lighter on the size 4, which is why it’s not laying down flatly like the size 6 , which looks more weighted down. I will just have to alter the size 6 at the side seams to fit her tighter.But overall very happy with the quality, feel. It’s cute that it’s comes w a matching bonnet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SUPER CUTE SUIT that is STILL MODEST for Little Girls!!! *by M***2 on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2017* One of the cutest bathing suits I've ever seen! My daughter is very tall for her age, and wears a size way above that of her peers as a result. It is therefore becoming increasingly difficult for me to find age-appropriate clothing for her as she grows. Swimwear is its own special nightmare, so I was DELIGHTED to find this adorable suit, that is not only age-appropriate for my still-little girl in a size she can still wear, but is also modest in a way that is edgy and fashionable. This suit is every bit as cute as it looks!! In addition, it came with a matching swim cap that ties around the chin (color of the suit and trimmed in the white feather motif), and a little matching hair tie as well, neither of which they even mentioned were included with the suit. The back is not cut too low, and the criss-cross straps are adjustable. The sizing is correct. (My girl wears a US 10-12, so I ordered a size 12 suit and it fit exactly as expected.) We got the pink one, which is a pretty, warm-toned pink, almost like salmon pink. It is the perfect color on my little red-haired daughter! This is one of two suits I ordered from Qyqkfly this year for her, and both suits are amazing! I couldn't be happier with the brand or the suits. My little girl has her first splash day of the summer tomorrow, and she can't wait to be a swan!!!
