Review: Love this product! - I have been using this product for a couple of years now and really like the brand. We love Thai food and especially Penang curry and this has been my go to for the past couple of years. Perfect amount of heat for the 3 of us and if I have anything left over from the small can (not often) I freeze it - I have never been disappointed with the quality after it’s been frozen. Great flavor!

A: Sanjay, I can list the ingredients but not the percentages.  Dried red chiles, garlic, shallot, lemon grass, sugar, salt, kaffir lime, galangal, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamon, bay leaves).  I hope this is helpful.

Wow, this stuff's amazing! This was the brand that was recommended in a Thai Panang Curry recipe I wanted to try, so I ordered the 4-pack of it from here on Amazon, and I will be ordering many, many more down the road for sure! If you're not quite sure what it tastes like yet, it's very much like the red curry paste in the supermarket, as the ingredients are quite close, but the difference is it has some spiciness with the added chili peppers. I'd say it's a medium heat.
