Review: Simplement géniale - Bonjour, je n'ai pour l'instant testé cette machine qu'avec une pomme, mais le résultat est bluffant. Avec une seule pomme, on peut réaliser une bande d'un millimètre d'épaisseur et d'une longueur de plus de 2 mètres ! Je vais pouvoir faire ma tarte aux pommes avec de fine bandelettes, ainsi que les pommes de terres croustille fondantes... L'appareil est très facile à manipuler et même le manuel en japonnais n'est pas un handicap. On choisi une des 4 épaisseurs disponibles par défaut et on tourne la manivelle ce qui fait faire un mouvement de va et viens à la lame devant le fruit/légume qui tourne, ce qui donne une bandelette parfaite en sortie. Avis aux amateurs.

A: Yes, if you turn the handle, the radish (or other vegetables) will turn. You can slice as Katsuramuki (slice like roll paper) or Tsumakiri (cut like noodle normally put together with Sashimi fish).

**Q: Does this come with any other blades, such as the blades for making "noodles" and julienne slices?**
A: No

**Q: What is the garnish size of this? Can it be 0.8mm?**
A: Yes , but you get bad service being asking for new blade for months still nothing

**Q: What is the maximum sheet width that can be cut?**
A: About 8㎝.

Bonjour, je n'ai pour l'instant testé cette machine qu'avec une pomme, mais le résultat est bluffant.
