They are larger than those little cubes and they are imperfect and "rough cut". I love these. **Q: The production code is for the date of production, but what is the expiration date? What is the shelf life of this sugar?** A: Sugar doesn't promote bacterial growth. If sugar is kept in a cool dry place and remains contaminate free it should last a lifetime.
