It is good quality, well made, and well thought out by people who clearly travel themselves. It is gorgeous before being scratched, and then only gets better as colours get added. I love the fact that each country has its own colour, instead of being monochrome. I also like that I can scratch off parts of certain countries, i.e. Canada and the US are split by province/state for easy tracking of what you still need to experience! While you shouldn’t need to reach customer service with such a great product, I recently reached out because after several moves, I have no idea what happened to the scratcher. The company immediately offered to send me a new one - 5 star customer service!
