When spun together in the same direction, they complement each other and add extra performance and feedback. I clocked table spin times consistently from 7-8 minutes, which is very good. The new spinner works exactly as intended. Both the inner ring and outer ring spin quick and smoothly. This is a very high quality spinner with a unique design and memorizing dual spinning feature. Highly recommended and a must have for anyone who is a fan of fidgets. **Original Review *The looks and the finish is great with no hot spots. The outer most ring spins really good and is well balanced. The center ring does not spin freely at all. It appears that the buttons rub on the inner wall causing it to not spin well or for very long. You can literally feel and hear the metal on metal rubbing. It's a shame because it is a great design but unfortunately doesn't work as intended. *I have contacted djuiinostar but have not yet received a response.
