[READ the entire Review] Tried spraying the roost and all wood with Flea & Tick Shampoo diluted with water; there was some benefit. Removed all the bedding three days later and hosed down all the wood again with the soapy solution. Allowed to dry a few hours and dusted everything with Food Grade DE. Two days later, there were still mites in the door crack and under the roost..Saw mites on top of the door and sprinkled this Poultry Dust, the red mites started bubbling up like an ant hill. Proceeded to wipe the Pyrethrin Dust on the wood frame door opening and the roost on all sides before using a garden pump duster to make a cloud of dust all over inside the chicken coop and closed the door.Two days later, no mites under the roost or around the door frame doing the glove test.
