The product was clearly damaged before it ever got to me. One of the armrests has a significant crack in it, and the sealed hardware package was missing several essential screws needed for assembly. Because of the missing parts, putting it together was impossible. But more importantly, even if I could assemble it, the cracked armrest makes the entire machine a serious safety hazard. There is no way I would trust this bench to support my body weight during stretching or decompression exercises. This isn't a case of minor shipping scuffs; this is a complete failure of quality control. I've been left with a large, heavy, and completely useless piece of equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.
