**Q: Why should mineral filter be soaked before first use?**
A: When the mineral filter is dry, it can impede the flow of pure water and cause water overflowing. Before the first use, soak it for 8-10 hour in advance to ensure optimal flow. Additionally, use the Half/Full button to dispense mineral water.

**Q: How often do I need to replace the mineral filter?**

💜 Love, Love, Love 💜 these filters are essential and work perfectly when well maintained. You can use a water dip stick to know when to change. No minerals… time to change. I can tell by taste now.
