The suction cups are used in my manufacturing facility to move large heavy sheet goods. Pros - The suction mechanism holds fast and is easy to engage. The handles are ergonomic and work well in a horizontal carrying position. We use them in pairs and the equipment holds fast to flat aluminum sheet material allowing two employees to carry the product.Cons - Recently my employees have been breaking off the black handles that activate the suction cups. The handles are made of plastic. The design of the handles need more strengthening on the end opposite the pivot pin. Don't know if the employees struck another object while in use or they dropped the item or it broke while activating the suction cups. With care the item should last with an individual owner. However, in a production application it may not be sturdy enough. My experience is if an employee didn't purchase the tool then employee not likely to take care of it.Human nature I suppose.Was working on repairing them but decided my time is worth more than the price of the tool.
