And with the original kindle when I got a problem which was only a couple of times in three year the service I received was very good. But the old kindle went for three years without too many problems. However the previous protection plan did not cover theft. And, my second, replacement kindle was stolen within a week! Not covered. This protection plan covers both accident and theft.
