Initially, I was very disappointed with my experience. The label printer I ordered arrived defective and would not switch on. I faced delays with the replacement process, and the pickup took longer than expected, which was frustrating. However, after the customer support team responded and completed the replacement, I received a new printer that is working well. The new unit performs properly, and I am now satisfied with the product. Although the replacement process could have been faster, I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved. Thank you to the support team for helping resolve my concern.
