I've been using them for 3 weeks, to strengthen my hip, and leg muscles since I have 4 herniated lumbar discs, and was instructed by my physical therapist to continue doing the exercises she's taught me at the office, at home, and I can tell these bands are better quality and more resistant than the ones they have at the physical therapy place! They really, really work and I can tell they'll last forever! I love the way they're packed, individually in a bag for each band, and that helps to keep them in shape and ready to use as soon as you get them! They also come with a little drawstring bag with a carabiner, making it so practical to hook on my belt loops, or carry into my purse! I highly recommend these bands to anyone who wants to strengthen not only the lower body and hip muscles because you can do so many exercises for the upper body as well! The included pamphlet shows some of those exercises too. And the price...what can I say? They're super cheap without sacrificing the high quality!
