I've learned that they are all pretty comparable as far as performance goes, so I mainly shop now by price. I've been using one of the pads in this 2-pack for about a week now and here is my breakdown:Pros:- Effectively reduces the wrinkles in the chest area quickly. The more you wear it, the faster you'll get smooth. I wear mine all night to sleep, which allows me to sleep on my side and not worry about having a wrinkle exacerbated by one boob flopping down over the other boob.- Comfy to sleep in. If you're a first-timer, it does take some getting used to, but if you wear these to sleep, by the third night you'll have forgotten it's there.- Reusable. Make sure to remove gently upon weakening (or when your "session" is complete.) I always always always immediately wash with soap and water and then lie it flat to dry. This will remove any sweat or body oils and will prolong the adhesion and life of the pad. If you're diligent about this, these things can last for a month each.- Easy to use. Totally not complicated. Very straightforward.- Cost effective. No need to purchase pricey products or procedures. This will do the trick.- Allows me to avoid harsh chemicals from topical treatments like some peels and creams.Cons:- Not sexy. If you're wearing this to bed at night, prepare for your partner to quickly learn what it is and wait for the groan as you apply it each night. When I press this between my breasts, my husband knows I won't want to be touched there that night!- Difficult to travel with. Once I've opened a pad, I pretty much clean it each day and lie it flat, and have to use it there at home. It's sticky and there is no good way that I've found to put it back in the wrapper to tote along to a hotel with my toiletries. The best way to travel with these is to use a new-in-package pad each time you travel, which can be pricey.- This model is cut in a wide triangle which looses it's adhesion faster, it seems. I personally prefer the shape of brands that taper the pad into more of a thick T-shape, as I find those stick better and last longer.- Prepare to keep buying these for as long as you live... and add the cost to your grooming budget. I took a few months off from regularly wearing the chest pads to bed, and all of my wrinkling returned. I'm now starting from scratch, wearing them again regularly. So, it is not a permanent solution that will last forever. You do need to keep wearing the pads to keep the results, but I feel it is a small price to pay for smooth skin in that area.Tip: Once the pad gets a bit older and becomes less sticky, if it is primarily the edges of the pad that are rolling up, take scissors and trim around the pad to remove some of the less sticky perimeter. The pad is extremely soft (much softer than I expected) and the packaging was very nice as well. I’ve heard great things about these pads and I now know why. The results literally happen over night. You can wear it to bed if you are a fairly still sleeper or in the mornings for a couple hours after a shower before you go out. (Usually what I do) As long as you follow the instructions and care for the pad properly, I have no doubt it will last the month at least before needing to switch to a new one.
