I go to bed first at night, so I was keeping my husband awake. I didn't know for months--and I love him for trying to be so polite about it at first--but I was determined to find a solution that would work out a little quicker than a few months of getting back into the gym. BreatheRight strips! They were... challenging. Where I lack dedication for fitness, I'm an avid follower of a nightly skincare routine--and that means a lot of moisture on my face. Including my nose. Know what you can't do when you're using BreatheRight strips? Have any moisture on your nose. Those strips will slide right off, even the Extra Strength ones. And they left some pretty gross residue. I really hated them, even though they had some lavender ones that smelled nice.
