One for myself and one for my husband. My husbands reaction was skeptical, especially since the taste was not what he expected. After a couple of days, he said, "For the first time, something I am doing is working." He has terrible psoriasis which is caused an autoimmune disorder with severe inflammation of the skin. He was feeling the effects start to subside. It has been over one week and he still feels like it is helping him with his skin and his digestion. There is an excellent recipe from another brand. This powder works well for the salad dressing. However, I prefer the flakes for topping food, even popcorn.
