**Q: Does this mint sauce need to be refrigerated after opened?**
A: I do refrigerate after opening, not sure if it needs it as it is vinegar based. Hope this answers your question!

**Q: how much is in the jar?**
A: 165 grams... really thick and flavorful... a little goes a long way. I will buy it again.

**Q: Is this liquid,  like Cross/Blackwell used to have?**
A: Loved the Cross & Blackwell mint sauce.  I found you need to add vinegar in order to make this similar.  The mixture is quite thick in the jar.
