I weigh 325 and it holds my weight just fine.Everything was in the box. I will say the allen wrench was taped in the center of the box. So you could miss it if you were not paying attention. The little rubber boots on the sides at the bottom slip off sometimes while moving the product around.overall not a big deal. ps this one didn't smell ### ⭐ Dips in the burnt fire factory *by A***R on December 19, 2016* The product arrived in a box that looked like a herd of elephants trampled on it. There were no instructions for assembly. It is not stable to do flies with the straps. And I could probably overlook all of it if it weren't for the god-awful smell. The stench of chemically rubber -- almost like a burnt tire -- has completely overtaken my house. The smell was so bad that I could smell it through the box. The box was very tattered, and it looked like it had been opened and re-taped.The item itself was very well organized, but I have a few complaints.PROS:Item is very sturdy, and is made of good metal materials.CONS:The rubber smell for the feet (which you need to put on yourself), was very bad.The logo design that you see on the sides of the photo are actually cheap stickers that are all peeling off when they arrived.
