**Q: Is there any reason why after using this that I should also use Chevron's fuel injector cleaner or does this do the same thing?**
A: The fuel injector cleaner is for use every 1,000 miles after the initial use of the complete system cleaner when doing an oil change. My Kia recommends using Chevron system cleaner at every oil change, and I'm also going to put the fuel injector cleaner every 1,000 miles after the oil change. You don't put, both in at the same time.

**Q: I found an old unopened bottle of the original concentrate, not the Plus. Probably 10 years old. Is it still OK to use.**
A: Yes, its fine to use.  The ingredients don't go bad for maybe 20 plus years or more

**Q: it's a real pain to open Techron bottle's seal.  do you guys have any tips on opening it easily?**
A: I punch the seal with the end of a closed pocket knife. Makes a large enough opening.  You don’t need to peel off the foil seal.

**Q: How is this different than the older techron "fuel system cleaner," that also is supposed to clean injectors?**
A: pro guard is not as concentrated as the full strenth black bottle that i have used for years at my repair, with the new fuel injection systems that have come out the last few years,They have carbon built up problems on the valves.I would only use the full strench in my cars every oil services
