I assumed it would take quite a while before I noticed any decrease in shedding, or increase in growth. But on just my second or third wash, when I went to brush my hair out before getting in the shower, very little hair ended up in my brush. Then, in the shower, when I ran my fingers through my hair as I applied conditioner, only a few strands came out. Then when I combed my hair, with my wet hair, wide tooth comb, after the shower, again very few strands. This is so unusual for me! At least, since I’ve been in perimenopause.
