The biggest surprise was the speed-they either had decided to send me a replacement before they told me they were sending one, or it was sent overnight-priority because I had the discussion with them late on a Wednesday afternoon and it was at my house by Thursday lunch-I don't think I have ever gotten anything that fast. The cameras and monitor do work well, along with the app, no complaints there but the customer service is likely what will bring me back with the Eufy brand.
