I have used it with all four of my little babies because it is so easy to use. It is light weight, can be adjusted very easily for my babies and for myself. I find that it is fairly comfortable to use with babies under six months. After that, this style hurts my back too much (it pulls you forward with the weight of baby and can cause upper to mid-back pain). I do like the ability to face baby in or out.
