This works perfectly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ product quality good, but doesn't work with QL-500 *by M***E on 26 February 2014* usual good quality product from Brother OEM. Purchased for use with a QL-500 labeller but turned out to be incompatible. The original QL-500 firmware does not support this 38mm tape, but according to Brother it would work after Firmware upgrade. Anyway, went through whole upgrade process but this tape is still not recognized (media not loaded error). Also found a few similar stories on Internet, so clearly something's up !
