The fit is almost perfect with just a little bit of movement in the case, but it isn't going to fall out of the case. One issue that I have is sometimes the lag between the keyboard typing and the iPad is very delayed and can step away from the keyboard and it will still be typing what I was inputting. This has only happened a few times so far and is far from a deal breaker. I also recommend that when you type that you do so on a sturdy surface as there is a little flex in the keyboard that makes it feel like I could break it. Otherwise, it has been in my backpack on walks to work and has not been any problem in protecting my iPad. I do just wish there was some way to help secure the apple pencil rather than just leaving it open on the side of the device. Set up was straight forward and the included instructions were more than enough to get it connected. The included camera cutouts made compatibility very ideal as I do not have just empty space on the back of the case for a larger camera module where dust and debris could get in.
