Unit worked fine for months, until the Sony battery warning triggered every power up indicating the battery was not safe. I reached out to seller to inquire about this and the longer than expected warranty, and they advised me that they updated some battery software to keep pace with Sony and they would send me a replacement unit free of charge. Within two days I had a brand new, working battery. The customer service from this team was spectacular, and I totally expected the usual “send us your battery and we will take 6 months to look at it” but boy, was I wrong.
