Tried every which way. Watched all their instructional videos, to no avail. The fact of the matter is that the mechanism is too simple to do what it claims it can.Loaded with 5 cards - debit, Amex, etc. 90% of the time, at least two cards in the back did not fan. This maybe worth around the $10 price point, but for $50 dollars I expected a much more premium feel. It meets my needs. It works great, and slides perfectly. Some reviews say that it doesn't work and that the slide mechanism is broken. Honestly you just have to know how to do it, and learn the trick. Its awesome and unique. I might consider getting the Zenlet II when that comes out, for the following reason...It gets really dirty! And yes I know its white, and I was expecting it to get dirty, and I was planning on keeping it clean. The problem is... is that it stains. And you cannot clean the stains off! It must the material that its made of that keeps it from staying spotless white. I can't describe it, its some sort of rubberized synthetic plastic. I don't know. The corners get stained from being in my pocket all day? I am not sure. If you dont mind the zenlet getting dirty and your considering the white zenlet. just know that it wont stay squeaky clean spotless white forever.
