So after using them in 2019, 2020, and now 2021 with excellent results ... I figured I would give a review (although there may be a review already stating I received the 75 item kit and not the 125 item kit ... i think that was more an issue with amazon and not the sellers ... and amazon discounted the kit to the 75 price to make it right so I can't really complain there)I use a aerogarden bounty with the seed starting trays and also typical seed starting trays and have almost 100% germination for the plants I have started (almost all, a few oddball things I haven't). I bought these to help get started with my "seed to seed" gardening method which is what these are supposed to be for. Outside of seed-to-seed gardening, I also think if you are just getting started with gardening and want a variety of things to try, this is well worth the money. The price point is acceptable compared to buying individual packets even though yuo may get less seeds initially, if you plant them in a seed to seed method you would theoretically never need to buy seeds ever again. One other thing, store unused seeds in a freezer (i reseal them still in their original ziplock bags inside of another 1 gallon ziplock freezer bag during growing season and when the season ends I then vacuum seal them). If you do seed to seed gardening, you should almost never have to buy seeds again assuming you are happy with the selections (I've done this for years before buying this kit so already had experience, I mostly bought the kit to try and for the things I didn't already have). With the good also comes a few bad things, Its not so bad I want to give: I wish it had is open pollinated corn, a better paste tomato like amish or roma and maybe a san marzano too. The floridade is an ok paste tomato but I've always used roma or amish and they are way better in my location. I like this so much, I even bought the 125 and 144 ammo can kits when they were on deals that I simply plan to never break the seal on unless ... I have to :)The people who are complaining about seeds not sprouting, I can assure you is due to lack of experience. The seeds I gifted were to someone who lives in another state and was new to gardening and with my long-distance-help they have had better than 80% germination but their problem is keeping the plant alive once it sprouts .. no fault of the seeds but the person. If you are one of those types of people, seriously get you an aerogarden bounty with seed starting trays and be done with it ... it makes seed starting so easy.
