I’m a student who suffers from migraines so the long nights of studying plus the yellow lighting helps when I’m sensitive to light and makes a little more bearable. The fact that it’s LED makes it even better cause I think it’s more energy efficient than regular bulb light. The lighted arm turns in all directions and there are a few different types of light and different levels of brightness to choose from. When not in use, the lamp arm folds away nicely. No buttons, just need to lightly tap on the foot of the lamp.
