The last one I bought was fairly expensive compared to this one and I figured all of these straps are the same. Well the old adage is true. You get what you pay for. First off the build quality of this strap is no where near my old Kickback. The materials used feel cheaper. The Velcro is thin and the shape of the strap seems like its wrong. I also don.t like the multiple D rings. I get that it would give you a wide variety of work out options, but none of them seem to be in the right place. During a loaded workout, the extra D rings can become obtrusive.After working out with this strap for the first time, I noticed that I was getting a pinching sensation at my ankle due to cross load on my foot. My previous Kickback had a main strap angle that followed the top arch of the foot. I think the placement of the top D ring on this strap is what caused the issue. Regardless, I tried using the other mounting points and it just doesn't seem like its well thought out. I stopped using it after the first 2 workouts. Have 5 different connection points .On the first day of using it I was asked by several people where I got it. It works very well for the quality of the material and construction and does exactly what it is intended to do. It helps to isolate the gluteal muscles rather than having to use a regular gym handle and grip type with my foot or I hope it will stay in my shoe. I've never worn fists, design and Velcro makes it pretty easy, but I can see having two and can order another.
