Firstly the dog loves these so easy to administer. I really don't like adding chemicals to the skin or internally so was happy to trial this as it is all natural ingredients.My dog has had no ill effects and no fleas or ticks so hopefully it has built a natural defence to them. As he is short haired it is easy to see if there are unwelcome guests so shall keep vigilant but am happy to say that as a preventative it seems to do the job
