We were informed in good time that the item would be delivered within an agreed time slot, & the 2-man delivery team was very helpful & cheerful. The fridge freezer was delivered on time. We got the thing up & running a few days later & filled it with Christmas stuff. When we switched on the machine, it made a continuous, loud buzzing noise. The Control Panel registered appropriate temperatures, but it soon became evident that these settings bore no relationship to the internal temperatures of the fridge or freezer .The thing wasn’t working! Fortunately we got the Christmas stuff out in time On the Dec.23, We contacted the suppliers of the fridge/freezer-‘The Electrical Shop’, who agreed immediately to exchange it for another one. This arrived on the first available day after the Christmas break-Dec. 29. It’s difficult to praise too highly the Suppliers &the Couriers of this item& confirms faith in on-line purchasing. **Q: “When doors open 90 degrees are they wider than full width of fridge”**
A: yes

**Q: Can the handles be removed to fit it through the doorway (rather than taking off the whole door)? Thanks!**
A: We had to remove the door - felt removal of handles was not viable.

**Q: Does this need to be plumbed in for the Ice**
A: No there is a small drawer with ice cube containers which you fill with water then twist them around to put cubes in the drawer, then you can refill the trays, so you can have lots of ice cubes.  We have had one that created its own cubes it was a nightmare constantly trying to make more cubes breaking down because it overworked. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does this need to be plumbed in?**
A: Only fridges with drinks dispensers need plumbing in and this does not have one.
At the time the equivalent Russel Hobbs with drink dispenser was £500 more so it was a no brainer to go for this model.
It makes ice, and you can always keep a jug of water in the fridge - £500 saved.
