A: Each container has an expiration date.   Last several months on shelf. I keep mine in my refrigerator.   However , I use mine up pretty quick with my cereal!

A: The Medley Hills Farm Powdered Milk is definitely instant !   Mix 3 tbls with 1 cup of water.   Excellent for cooking, or my favorite, breakfast cereal!!

**Q: How many quarts of liquid milk will this 1 pound container make?**
A: The video on this site shows three tablespoons makes 1 cup of milk you do the math

**Q: How many cups of powder in one pound?**
A: 3.25 cups in 1 pound of Whole Milk Powder 

3 tablespoons to 1 cup of water.  I use this for cooking and especially for my cereal,  if I run out of regular milk !  I love it for that.  I do not claim that it taste as good as a good old glass full of Pure Whole Milk !!  I hope this helps !
